Price

The prices featured on the website theexplorers.shop include VAT but exclude shipping fees.

Payment terms

VISA, MasterCard are accepted (Apple Pay, Google Pay coming soon).

Once you have confirmed your order, you must provide your credit/debit card number as well as the expiration date and cryptogram.

Payments are secured with our partner Stripe. This securing system (3D Secure) requires a code sent by your bank for each transaction.

Shipping times and costs

IN MAINLAND FRANCE

We offer various shipping options:

Standard shipping to pick-up points with Mondial Relay, in 48 to 72 hours: free for orders over 50 euros, and 6.99 euros for orders under 50 euros
Home delivery with GLS in 48 to 72 hours: 9.99 euros
Express shipping with Chronopost in D+1 before 6:00 pm (except weekends): 12.99 euros

We encourage standard shipping for a minimal environmental impact.

Once your order has been confirmed and paid, a confirmation email will be went with all the information about your delivery. Be sure you include as comments any information for a smooth delivery (door code, floor, etc.)

All orders completed between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening will be processed Monday morning.

Free shipping is available in mainland France only.

Returns

You have the right to change your mind and return an item within 14 days after delivery.
The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags and in its packaging.

Prior to making a return, please complete and print a return slip by clicking this form.
This return slip must be emailed at shop@theexplorers.com and attached to the package.

You are responsible for any return shipping charges. In order to receive proof of delivery and to protect yourself against any unforeseen shipping issues, returns must be sent using registered mail or via Colissimo Suivi, at your expense.

We do not accept products that have been worn, damaged, washed, stained or with any tears or holes.

Once your package is delivered to our warehouse, and if everything is in order, we will process the refund via the same method of payment used to place the order.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please make sure it is returned in its original condition with all tags and in its packaging.
We will then process your refund so that you can place a new order.
