You have the right to change your mind and return an item within 14 days after delivery.
The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags and in its packaging.

This return slip must be emailed at shop@theexplorers.com and attached to the package.
You are responsible for any return shipping charges. In order to receive proof of delivery and to protect yourself against any unforeseen shipping issues, returns must be sent using registered mail or via Colissimo Suivi, at your expense.
We do not accept products that have been worn, damaged, washed, stained or with any tears or holes.
Once your package is delivered to our warehouse, and if everything is in order, we will process the refund via the same method of payment used to place the order.
To exchange a product, please make sure it is returned in its original condition with all tags and in its packaging.
We will then process your refund so that you can place a new order.
